The project management system at RP GAZ LLP consists of five integral components:
Staged Project Implementation Process: This component outlines the goals, objectives, expected results, and necessary documentation required at each stage of the project life cycle, ensuring a systematic approach to project execution.
Decision-Making System: Clearly defines the types of decisions required throughout the project and identifies the management bodies responsible for making these decisions, along with their interrelationships to promote efficient communication and collaboration.
Comprehensive Feasibility Study: Establishes a thorough procedure for conducting expert assessments of a project’s readiness to transition to the next stage of its life cycle, ensuring that all necessary evaluations are performed before proceeding.
Organizational Abilities: This aspect determines the structure of the project team, outlining the main roles and functions of all participants involved, fostering a well-coordinated and effective project environment.
Regulatory and Methodological Documentation: Includes guidelines and tools that define the requirements for the structure and composition of project documents, as well as instructions for effectively utilizing project management tools.

Key Methodological Documents Validated: Essential documents related to investment activity and project management have been validated, and a comprehensive regulatory framework has been established to ensure the effective functioning of the project management system.
Formation of Project Teams: Dedicated project teams have been formed for key initiatives, and a motivation system has been introduced to enhance team engagement and productivity.
Comprehensive Feasibility Study Process: A structured process for conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for projects has been implemented. This process emphasizes not only the economic viability of projects but also the quality of technical solutions, thorough work planning, effective contract strategies, reliability of costs, and detailed risk assessments.
Implementation of Project Management Information System (PMIS): A pilot project for the PMIS has been successfully implemented and is currently undergoing modernization. This system will facilitate the consolidation of project data, scheduling, network planning, performance analysis (plan vs. fact), and provide Power BI business intelligence capabilities.
