Askhat Khassenov, CEO of RG GAZ LLP, met on September 25 in Almaty with Ali Al-Janabi, Country Manager of Shell in Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects and opportunities for cooperation in the field of geological exploration.
RG GAZ LLP and Shell Kazakhstan are currently studying geological and subsoil exploration projects within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It was noted during the meeting that Shell is a strategic partner of Kazakhstan. Both parties expressed their expectation to further strengthen their partnership and explore new opportunities.
RG GAZ LLP is focused on conducting a large-scale seismic survey in five areas of the Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, and Mangistau regions, aiming to collect data by the end of this year. Foreign partners have already inquired about some of these areas.
